A little story about me.
I’ll never forget what it felt like to hit rock bottom. Lost in darkness, overwhelmed by pain, unsure if I’d ever feel whole again. Trauma had stripped me of everything: confidence, safety, hope, and even the ability to dream. But amidst the despair, I made myself a promise:
“If I make it out of this, I’ll offer my light to those still struggling.”
Healing wasn’t easy, but each step helped me rediscover myself and find strength I never knew I had.
That promise became my mission: to help others rise from their pain, reclaim their lives, and step into their true power. It’s why I created Phoenix, my trauma-healing program, built from the tools that helped me heal and have transformed lives around the world.
My mission is to help 1 million people rise from their pain, find safety, and reconnect with their true selves. This journey is real, raw, and transformative, and I’m excited to walk it with you.
